Former Ballerina Karen Smith, teaches the Pilates method at her studio based on the second floor of the New London Performing Arts Centre. The Pilates Studio is fully equipped with Pilates machines, Karen offers various programmes tailored to suit individual needs.
Karen also runs regular Pilates mat classes at the following times:

The Colourstrings North London instrumental programme, for violin, viola, cello, mini-bass, guitar, piano and flute builds on the foundations already laid in the Colourstrings Music Kindergarten and, through the use of Kodály ear training exercises and a colour-coded system of notation, simplifies considerably the process of learning to read music, allowing virtually all children a very good start and the chance of long-term success.
The North London Colourstrings Conservitoire offers kindergarten classes, ensembles, orchestras & choirs and an instrumental programme.

Aereoballet is a 55 minutes a full-body workout that is low-impact, protecting your joints by performing isometric movement set to fast music sequences. Small movement in fast repetitions will shape your body and give results in a very short time. Each toning section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long and lean muscles. The technique works to challenge gravity and lift our bodies up! The cardio section is an energizing rhythmic workout that combines aspects of ballet, jazz and aerobic dance into a fluid and continuous low impact movement. It is a non-traditional approach to aerobics. A fabulous, fun and flowing workout that will reshape every inch of your body in a safe and effective way. All fitness and experience levels welcome!

She has taught for 16 years at many Health Clubs in the North London area; including several years at a Pilates Studio in Hatfield. So she has plenty of experience to guide you if you are a complete beginner or a more advanced participant!
